What if one of the dice had the ability to "blow" an enemy unit to a different hex? Too OP?

In a few of the other skill lines I created I did some displacement abilities like that! I don’t think it would be crazy OP, however sticking thematically with lightning staff I don’t think it’s a perfect fit.
