UPGRADE: Have your Ballista defeat two enemies in one engage
CONCEPT ONLY, At the end of your first turn in every battle, deploy companion "Ballista" (3 HP) to an unoccupied hex at full HP with a chosen orientation (arrow pointing towards one of the 6 adjacent hexes). This is a companion controlled by you. This companion is removed at the end of battle.
Ballista cannot move or be displaced by any means except for the Advance class ability. Its engage is a modified as follows. Roll # combat dice and apply that damage to all units in the direction the arrow is pointing (closer units take damage first), where # is the number of HP chips on this sheet. HP chips on this sheet are removed in battle clean up and do not carry over between battles.

Can only be activated when Ballista is in play. Move Ballista to an unoccupied adjacent hex. You may freely adjust its orientation.

When Ballista activates it cannot do a movement step. Its engage step consists of a fire action. Roll # combat dice and apply that damage to all units in the direction (ignoring any sight restrictions) the arrow is pointing (closer units take damage first), where # is the number of HP chips on this sheet. HP chips on this sheet are removed in battle clean up and do not carry over between battles.
Place X HP chips on this sheet, where X is the number of thief skill line tokens in your attribute slots.
